Talia Lockard (Hosteeva): Sean, thanks for joining us today! Cleaning is one of the biggest topics in hospitality. Can you tell us a little bit about your background and your work with ETI Solutions and Drop n Go?
Sean Kemper (ETI Solutions): Sure! I’ve been in the chemical world for 20 years, starting out with a global company. Now, I’m focused on short-term rentals, and through ETI Solutions, we developed Drop n Go, a system that simplifies the cleaning process for vacation rental properties.
Talia: We’ve all heard horror stories when it comes to cleaning, especially with guests. What’s one of the craziest cleaning challenges you’ve seen?
Sean: We’ve worked with all kinds of properties, but one of the more extreme examples was crime scene cleanup in Baton Rouge.
